Much of the value provided by TSP during tank removal comes from the services offered above and beyond the basic destruction of the structure. TSP is able to provide assistance with emptying tank contents, remove bottoms, solids and water (BS&W), and clean the tank to “RCRA Clean”, a level of cleanliness acceptable for eventual recycling or disposal. TSP staff can also provide a post-removal inspection for residual contamination in situations where tank leakage is suspected or where an assessment is required by law or regulation.
