TSP’s primary interest in any lead based paint abatement effort is to ensure that all work is safely completed in the owner’s best interest. We recognize that there are some situations where abatement may be desirable but is either cost or time prohibitive. In these situations, TSP is prepared to offer alternative methods of eliminating lead based paint hazards including demolition and restoration of painted surfaces or applying an EPA approved encapsulant to fully and permanently encapsulate any lead.
