Our staff have performed demolition services for public and private structures located primarily in southeastern Michigan. Our team has successfully demolished residences including multi-million dollar homes, offices, storefronts, warehouses, and various building types.
As environmental contractors and engineers, TSP excels at performing work on structures where demolition is complex or where environmental hazards are present. Many of the structures we demolish also require asbestos abatement; a costly extra with most demolition contractors. Past projects have included a combination of demolition with other services TSP offers including UST removal, soil remediation, and groundwater remediation. Our team has worked on structures in various states of repair including buildings which have been fire damaged, condemned, or are otherwise structurally unsound or unfit for use.
